Account details — your name, business name, phone number, email, and the addresses you add for delivery and billing.

Transactional data — orders, stock transfers, credit limits, invoices, and payment records. These form the ledger that runs the platform and are retained as an append-only history.

Device and usage data — basic technical information such as device type, app version, and log data used to keep the service secure and working.

To operate the platform: fulfil orders, maintain credit and repayment ledgers, generate invoices, process payments, and provide support. We also use aggregated data to improve reliability and prevent fraud.

Payments are processed by our payment partner. We receive a confirmation and reference for reconciliation; we do not store your full card or bank credentials on our systems.

We share information only as needed to run the service — for example, a distributor and the admin can see the transactions between them, and service providers (payments, hosting, communications) process data on our behalf under contract. We do not sell your personal information.

Financial records are kept for as long as required to maintain an accurate ledger and to meet legal and tax obligations. Other data is kept only as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service.
